Use of the Community Calendar:

The In the Loop community calendar is powered by Tockify, a third-party event calendar platform. By submitting or viewing events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Third-Party Platform

The calendar is operated through Tockify and is subject to Tockify’s own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policies. By using the calendar, you also agree to comply with Tockify’s terms.

In the Loop and Creative Folks Business Solutions are not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or functionality of the Tockify platform.

2. User Responsibility

You use the calendar and submit content at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any event information you post.

3. Content Guidelines

Event submissions must not include:

• Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent content

• Hateful, defamatory, or harmful material

• Spam, promotional abuse, or irrelevant advertising

• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use

Submissions that violate these guidelines or Tockify’s usage policies will not be approved or may be removed without notice.

4. Moderation Rights

In the Loop and Creative Folks Business Solutions reserve the right to review, approve, decline, edit, or remove any event submission at our sole discretion to ensure the calendar remains relevant, safe, and community-focused.

5. No Liability

In the Loop and Creative Folks Business Solutions are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, errors, third-party links, or outcomes related to attending events listed on the calendar.

6. Changes to Calendar Access

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue calendar features at any time without notice.
